1. Our Products

Jackman Creek Creations offers handmade and individually created products. Because our items are handmade rather than mass-produced, slight variations in color, finish, design placement, materials, texture, or appearance may occur.

Natural and repurposed materials, including horseshoes and similar items, may also contain variations, markings, wear, or other characteristics inherent to the material. These characteristics are part of the handmade nature of our products and are not considered defects.

We make reasonable efforts to display product colors and details accurately; however, colors may appear differently depending on your device or screen settings.

2. Product Availability

Products offered for sale are subject to availability.

Many Jackman Creek Creations products are individually handmade or one-of-a-kind. Purchasing an item does not guarantee that an identical replacement can be produced in the future.

We reserve the right to discontinue products, change product offerings, or limit quantities at any time.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

Prices may change at any time without notice. A price change will not affect an order that has already been successfully placed and paid for.

Payment must be successfully completed before an order will be processed.

Applicable sales taxes will be calculated at checkout when required.

4. Order Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing, shipping, and contact information when placing an order.

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Jackman Creek Creations reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including suspected fraud, payment problems, pricing or listing errors, or circumstances that prevent us from fulfilling the order. If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, the amount collected for the canceled order will be refunded.

5. Shipping

Ready-to-ship orders are processed within 2 business days.

Current shipping options include:

Standard Shipping — FREE
Estimated carrier transit time: 5–8 business days

Expedited Shipping — $20
Estimated carrier transit time: 1–2 business days

Shipping estimates begin after processing and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delays caused by the carrier, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

6. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

All sales are final.

Jackman Creek Creations does not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for change of mind, ordering the wrong item, or other buyer-related reasons.

If an item arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and photographs of the item and, when applicable, the shipping packaging.

We will review the circumstances and determine an appropriate resolution.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

7. Product Care

Customers are responsible for following any care instructions provided with a product or included in its listing.

For tumblers and drinkware labeled as hand-wash-only, do not place them in a dishwasher or microwave, soak them, or expose them to conditions contrary to the provided care instructions.

Jackman Creek Creations is not responsible for damage resulting from improper use, improper care, accidents, alterations, or normal wear and tear.

8. Personal Use & Safety

Products must be used for their intended purpose and in a reasonable and safe manner.

Customers are responsible for determining whether a product is appropriate for their intended use and for supervising children around products when appropriate.

9. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, original Jackman Creek Creations branding, logos, photographs, website content, original designs, written material, and other original content appearing on this website are owned by or licensed to Jackman Creek Creations.

They may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without permission, except as permitted by law.

Third-party trademarks, artwork, designs, or other intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners.

10. Website Use

You agree not to use this website for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful purposes.

You may not attempt to interfere with the operation or security of the website, gain unauthorized access to systems or information, or use the website in a manner that violates applicable law.

Our store is hosted through Shopify and may use third-party services for payment processing, shipping, analytics, and other website functions.
