Because our products are handmade, custom, and/or individually created, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations, and we do not offer refunds for change of mind, ordering the wrong item, or other buyer-related reasons.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

We want you to receive your creation in the condition it left our hands. If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery and include:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photographs of the item
• Photographs of the shipping packaging if the item was damaged in transit

We will review the issue and work with you on an appropriate resolution.

Handmade Variations

Please remember that our creations are handmade rather than mass-produced. Small variations in color, placement, finish, materials, or natural characteristics are part of what makes each piece unique and are not considered defects.

Custom & Personalized Items

Custom and personalized creations are made specifically for you and cannot be returned or exchanged. Please carefully review names, spelling, colors, sizes, and other customization details before approving your order.
